Sony has revealed the trailer, PC features, and machine requirements.
Four months after Sony announced a PC port for Spider-Man: Miles Morales, the developer has set a date for the release. The Spider Adventure arrives on Steam and the Epic Games Store on November 18th.
At the same time as the date reveal, Sony released a new trailer, detailing the various functionality that has been packed into the PC version. The video, which you can watch above, confirms support for ray tracing, unlimited frame rates, and ultra-wide screens, among other things. Support for the PlayStation 5 controller DualSense is also in place, or a bunch of configuration options for those who prefer a mouse and keyboard.
Furthermore, Sony has thrown in Nvidia DLSS, DLAA, and Reflex – various technologies that will improve both graphics and the number of images per second that you manage to thin out of the experience.
For the best of graphics settings – 4K resolution, 60 frames per second, and ray tracing – you’ll need a pretty powerful rig. At lower settings, however, the requirements are far more manageable, and you can look through the full list of system requirements at the bottom of the article.
Spider-Man: Miles Morales originally launched alongside the PlayStation 5 in November 2020. The game is a spin-off to Insomniac’s 2018 Spider-Man, and as the name suggests, Miles Morales’ spider stars in what our reviewer described as a brilliant extra adventure.
