Pakistani trio beats South Korea to clinch Gamers8 Tekken 7 Nations Cup in Saudi Arabia

In an impressive display of skill, the Pakistani team emerged victorious in the upper-bracket final of the Gamers8 Tekken 7 Nations Cup, defeating South Korea with a 3-0 score.

The team, composed of Arslan Ash, Atif Butt, and Khan Imran, secured three consecutive wins against Korea, with Atif Butt clinching the boss match 3-2 against Korea’s star player Knee. With this triumph, Pakistan advances to the finals, awaiting their opponent yet to be determined.

This success follows their previous victories against South Africa, Japan, and Saudi Arabia in the group stages, where they finished at the top. Led by renowned Tekken player Arslan Ash, who has several championship titles to his name, including EVO Japan 2019 and EVO Championship Series 2019, the Pakistani team showcases their remarkable talent and dominance in the competitive gaming scene. Atif Butt, the reigning Tekken World Tour Finals champion, and Khan, the Evo 2022 runner-up, further contribute to the team’s formidable lineup.

The trio reached the final after beating United Kingdom 2-1 in the semi-final and South Korea 3-0 in the upper-bracket final.
