New rumors about the game’s planned launching in April.

Diablo IV will be released once more next year, but Blizzard has not said anything about when exactly. Now, however, a more exact launch window may have been revealed, if we are to believe recent reports from the rumor mill.
As Windows Central writes, it seems that the launch will be in April 2023. It was the podcast XboxEra that first came up with the rumor, based on information from sources with knowledge of the situation.
Windows Central’s own sources also say that the game is due out in April next year. The website also claims that Blizzard will officially confirm the release plans during this year’s The Game Awards, which will be held on December 8. Then there will also be details about an open beta test, which will reportedly start in February.
Diablo IV was officially unveiled during Blizzcon in 2019. The developer then promised a return to the series’ darker roots, after Diablo III was criticized for its more cartoony style.
Over the past few years, Blizzard has slowly but surely been sharing details about what players can expect from the next installment in the series. Alongside official information, there have also been major leaks, with several videos showcasing the game.
