Must arrive in Copenhagen prepared

Apeks manager Kenneth Gaupseth Johansen was delighted when the result was finally in the box.

It is incredibly wonderful feeling right now, and this is something we have been working on for a long time. We think we have a good team that can perform well on LAN, so it’s good to finally get the chance to play against the elite in order to qualify for the Major.

Despite the competition at the top of the world, Johansen says that the team’s goal is to go all the way to the major.

The aim is clearly to qualify from the RMR to the Major, but we have to recognize that it will be tough competition. The best in the world will gather to capture the important places. The time ahead will be important for us to be ready for what awaits us in Copenhagen in April. We will do everything we can to arrive as well-prepared as possible, that’s for sure.
